Review	Fukamushi Sencha offers what I find to be the essense of the mellow-sweet Kyoto tea flavour, rich and generous. Brewing three times at increasing temperatures [and shorter infusion times] produces a good range of basic Sencha tastes, from the creamy thick first brew to the transparent bitter third. Perfect for cold infusion as a summer drink. All in all, a great tea to enjoy daily, and at a very reasonable price.
