I saved your helpful note since August and ordered the tea you recommended (Sencha Fukamushi Superior) last week. It arrived today and I just made myself a cup. DELICIOUS!!!! Perfect!

In the meantime, two friends came by and I made some of the tea for them. They both said "Wow, this is so good" (compared to any green tea you can buy locally here in Connecticut). They were fascinated by the packaging and the instructions that came with the tea - - the precise instructions for temperature and timing. Maybe they'll be future customers - - I gave them the postcard and the instructions that came with the order (I have what I need from previous orders).
