I cold brew the Sencha in infusion bottles and it turned out great! It's crisp and refreshing during hot temperatures. I much prefer cold brew to hot as the tea aroma remains intact.

This Ice Tea is absolutely amazing. First of all, using the iced teapot sold on Hibiki-an is so easy that making ice tea is a completely hassle-free process. More importantly, the taste of this ice tea is wonderful. I use the brewing by cold water and the result is a be... (more)

This is a truly refreshing drink. I have used the Organic Sencha, and made iced tea with the ice tea maker purchased from Hibiki-an. Brewed hot and then cooled for a few hours in the fridge, it makes a wonderfully revitalising and thirst quenching drink in the mornings,... (more)

This is the first time I've ordered at Hibiki-an. I was flabergasted at how fast the item showed up. I've had domestic parcels taking twice as long. The farmer's Sincha is as sweet and frangrant as expected but I was not enjoying it as much as I should when the weath... (more)

I recently purchased some Sencha Karigane (see review) and had a hunch that it might make good iced tea. The temperature and humidity spiked recently here in NYC, so I decided to give it a shot. For my first attempt, I used my Hohryu (see review) to brew 12g of karigan... (more)

I tried brewing iced sencha this summer, and have come to look forward to it on these hot, humid days. I use the iced tea brewer for sale here at Hibiki-an, and the process is incredibly simple: add about a tablespoon of tea leaves, fill with cool water, and place in t... (more)
