My favorite morning tea! I use the leaves 5 times: I brew the tea three times as recommended (80 degrees C, 1 min each) - each brew is excellent and refreshing for all senses! Then 2-3 min for the 4th brew, sometimes adding a piece of fresh ginger - makes a refreshing...(more)

Very, very good value for money. Haven't tasted the Organic Genmaicha Matcha-iri yet, but both the Organic Houjicha and the Organic Sencha Superior are excellent! The Sencha has a similar mild, mellow taste like the Organic Gyokuro which I love, but due to the slight ...(more)

This Organic Houjicha immediately has become my favorite after work/evening tea. Very harmonious, lightly smoky taste. My second tea from Hibiki-an and again outstanding quality.
