I waited several years to try Hibiki-an's genmaicha b/c this type of tea is usually rather low quality. But Hibiki-an uses a delicious grade of tea, and b/c the rice isn't over-roasted, the mix has a natural nutty flavor. It's a must-have for me now. NB you can stee...(more)

Konacha is a surprisingly flavorful 'lower-grade' tea. I bought this for cold-brewing and room temperature brewing, and it works well for these purposes. But it's fairly impressive for hot brewing too--and resilient. You can easily get three (or more) tasty steepings. (...(more)
