This was a lovely smooth, rich matcha that I enjoyed so much. The color and fragrance of the batch i tried were outstanding, and the foam was rich and thick and especially beautiful.

Hibikian's house matcha was much higher quality than I expected, and I found I was happy to serve it to guests as well. It is incredibly good value.

I enjoyed this tea -- a wonderful fragrance and flavor and color. A very fresh feeling. Then I accidentally forgot that I still had some remaining in a tea cannister. (I had been busy drinking Hibiki-an's matcha and Hibiki-an's gyokuro karigane.) Several months went by,...(more)
