I am amazed how superior your base houjicha is versus ordinary grocery store houjicha. The toasty aroma is complex, multi-dimensional, yet smooth and free of any biting aftertaste. Definitely an amazing value. For iced tea I find that 3/4 cup per 2 L boiling water works...(more)
