This Hand Sifter is really perfect for making Matcha, it has a very fine mesh which is very important. I had been using a normal Tea Strainer before but this Chakoshi is exactly what you should use if you are trying to make a perfect Matcha.

I am really very happy with this small teapot, it is very beautiful and is perfect for two cups of tea. Using a teapot like this makes the whole experience of drinking the tea more intense and special.
