This is a wonderful, naturally sweet tea with no bitterness. When brewed second time round you are rewarded with a new range of flavours. With the warm summer now arriving in the U K it makes a superb iced tea using the ice cube method for brewing.

I have searched in the UK to find a good Matcha and it is only with this tea from hibiki-an do I feel I've found again what I tasted in Japan. This is great value for money with a rich and full flavour.
