This sweet potato takes the prize. So thin and flavorful. Of all the dried veg snacks offered, this is second only to the green bean from the mixed veg. I’m going to stock up.

So simple and fantastic. A lightly sweet ultra thin “snap”, these treats virtually melt into a malty compliment to equally delicate teas.

I had to return for more. Both vegetal and sweet, a well balanced tea which has the tendency to give a full bodied third cup. Possibly due to the short steep.

I have enjoyed gyokuro for over 2decades. This was just ok (for a premium tea). Just a little dustier than normal. Hoping spring 2017 will top this year.

As a fan of Goyakuro tea for decades, and a lover of organic products, I'm very impressed. For the first time I truly enjoyed a Gen Maicha tea. It's a new favorite. Well balanced and flavorful with typical green tea body and vegetal scent and flavor. Not overly rice-y. ...(more)
