| This tea brews a darker cup, but is soothing and mellow. There's a kind of smokiness that isn't overwhelming, but feels comforting. Would recommend for an afternoon break.

| I have come to appreciate this tea as the perfect tea for autumn afternoons (I once thought it was for the spring; I was mistaken!). The toasted aroma and bright notes make it very comforting and soothing for those chilly days. But I do enjoy it on any cloudy, cool day....(more)

| Bright and refreshing, the perfect tea for a spring afternoon. I can get Japanese tea here in the states, but ordering directly from the farm makes me feel more connected to the source. Highly recommend if you love green tea.

| Superb Japanese green tea - the aroma and color make me think of spring. Refreshing! I've recently started brewing in a kyusu and I love the results.
