| This sencha I find to be less vegetal and more on the mineral side. The taste is more earthy, but quite pleasant. The tea is quite smooth and mellow, but the flavor is a little more muted than Hibiki-an's other offerings.

| I've gone through several kyusus and this one is hands down my favorite. It holds just the right amount of tea and water for my personal brews. The wide, flat shape truly lets the leaves to spread out and fully unfurl, and it pours very well!

| This is one of my go-to everyday teas. I love the bold, vegetal flavor that also has a slight sweetness to it. The brew is smooth and the lovely deep shade of green completes the experience!
