Perfectly astringent, deep umami, gorgeous color in the cup. I have gone through 3 kg so far, and plan to order it until there is no more.

I have ordered matcha from almost every tea shop I can find that will deliver it to me, this truly is the pinnacle. There is no better matcha and I don't see how there could be. There is a depth of flavor to this tea that cannot be matched, it is both sweet and savory, ...(more)
