I'm so pleased with this shincha. It is well balanced, with some astringency but more on the side of sweetness and freshness is just great! It is very generous also, so I take care not to put too much in my small kyusu teapot and I can do several infusions.

Open the bag and smell the intense and fresh aroma of this schincha! It has a deep green color and is very generous. I used three grams in my small kyusu teapot and made six 60 mL full flavored brews (brewing time from 5 to 15 seconds for the last one) without bitternes...(more)
