I love gyokuro, and I'm really enjoying the premium gyokuro! I can only imagine how amazing the super premium and Pinnacle gyokuro taste! I brew 10 grams in 300 ml kyuso at 150 F for 2 minutes, then 30 for the next two steeps. Absolute perfection!

Wow! The super premium does not disappoint. It's incredibly smooth tasting, whisks up to a creamy bliss, and it's honestly amazing. Between this and the Pinnacle, you have a permanent matcha customer. I will definitely purchase the 100 grams next time. Thank y...(more)
