Review	This is a very beautiful tea. I drink it every morning as a matcha latte along with sugar and a touch of golden maple syrup for flavour. I have not done the tea ceremony with it, yet. However, I did try making thick tea and then placing it over Haagen Daas ice cream. In terms of colour, green can be either on the yellow side (as in sencha) or on the blue side (such as high grade matcha). The thick tea had a unique blue shade to the green. It was quite a strong umami which contrasted the ice cream. I highly recommend this tea. I also do research both on matcha and EGCG which is an important compounds in green tea, and which has many benefits.
