Review	This is an extremely high quality tea that is perfect for koicha (thick tea). It makes a highly aromatic cup that has a very complex palate that ranges from sweet to a faint thread of bitterness--a flavor that many in the West don't like in their foods and drinks but that adds a wonderful quality to this tea. It perfectly matches the flavors of the gomamochi sweets that arrived with the tea. If you haven't learned how to make koicha from a tea master, I would not recommend trying, but this makes a truly rich and pleasurable cup of usucha as well. We recently had the opportunity to have koicha made from both the kuradashi and regular pinnacle grades. Each was distinct and delicious in its own right.
