Review	Thank you Hibiki-an. Through the years, the service has always been impeccable. It is a privilege to order tea directly from the gardens in Japan as fresh as it gets, without intermediaries, at such an affordable price. The quality of Hibiki—an’s tea is outstanding. My daily matcha is Super Premium. I drink 1,3g in 70ml of water at 70 degrees C. It is also very good thicker, as koicha. It is a vibrant green, it has a full and fresh aroma, a beautiful crema, it is mellow, deep, fruity, without bitterness, and profoundly satisfying. It is also very interesting to try different bowls, varying thicknesses, shapes, and sizes, the taste changes subtly, and it enhances the experience. I also highly recommend the higher grade, Pinnacle, as well as the beautiful kuradashi, available only in the fall. Hibikan is really the best as its craft. It is also a pleasure to follow the team, the gardens and the farm in real time, through the seasons, in the newsletter. It creates proximity with the product and a deep appreciation of the culture of tea.
