Review	Hibiki-An always gives us a quality tea, however, this one is by far the best I have had. This blend of three cultivars was the perfect harmony to create a tea that is not only mellow and sweet, but warming to the soul. The sweetness lingers on the tongue after its been swallowed, and the astringency is virtually gone. The hard work and dedication of the farmers is clearly demonstrated in this delectable tea, and I highly recommend you try this before its all gone. Well done.
