House Sencha (200g/7.05oz) Reviews

Review I have only recently realized, that to buy sencha from local merchants costs about to same for me as to order it from Japan directly, partly due to the lucky turn of currency exchange rates. I don't think I'll go back to ordering locally even if the prices shift, this "basic" sencha from Hibiki-An is way above in freshness and thus overall quality of what I've used to drink so far. I'm not really a gourmet person, but the difference stands out even for me. I really like it and I think it's good for beginners, as it's well balanced and not bitter at all. I could also brew it 3 times and still get perfect results. My order also came with some decor and a really useful nice leaflet about preparing tea. My only idea for improvement is not for the tea itself, but for packaging, it would be really nice if some way to reseal the bag would be provided. Where I live the vendors usually give a tin tie to close it, it's really inexpensive, and I think it works well, though maybe it's substandard if you're really into tea? Anyway I'm providing a picture of it (I reused one from an old tea bag I had).
