Well balanced. Slightly bitter. Fresh and light. The taste is a noble mix between Sencha Pinnacle and Gyokuro super premium. A perfect green tea for the people who like the meloow taste of Gyokuro and refreshing aroma of Sencha. I would describe it as a "dry" tea in terms of feeling in the mouth. Antonella australia |
