Just received my Farmers Shincha for 2021 and could not wait to brew a pot. This is close to premium Gyokuro in flavor and quality at a Sencha price. No bitterness, very mild and smooth. You cannot beat the DHL shipping to the USA, affordable and fast,fast,fast. Thanks to my friends at Hibiki-An. Beautiful and thoughtful packing. This is the best tea and value I have found.
