Review	This is a wonderfully balanced tea! The nose is a gentle umami and vegetal, the first taste is a warm soothing umami, followed by a lingering grassy vegetal. There is a gentle sweetness and astringency throughout. I love Hibiki-An’s Sencha Fukamushi, but I think this might be even better. All the elements of green tea flavor are there, but nothing predominates.
