Review	I love gyokuro, so when I read Hibiki-an’s description for this shincha fukamushi, I decided to try it. It does indeed remind me of gyokuro—and, with the second and third infusions, sencha and genmaicha matcha-iri. It is a lovely, complex green tea. I highly recommend trying this product from the Saemidori variety if you enjoy Japanese green tea.
