Review	Delightful and satisfying flavor transitions. First infusion. Medium thick. Umami, not as heavy as pure gyokuro leaf. Woodear mushrooms. Salted creamed corn. Moving to refreshing. Second infusion. The sweetness bursts out of nowhere, but balanced. Crystallized cane sugar. Light vanilla. Vegetal notes. Milky grains, but not presenting as creamy. Moderately refreshing. Reminiscent of frosted flakes. Third infusion. Cinammon. Pure sugar. Hard vanilla. Almost dessert like. Moving to breakfast cereal. Reminding me of apple jacks. Light astringeny keeping the sweet in check. Fourth infusion. I tapped out here. The sweetness was getting crazy. This is great hot. But would make excellent cold brew in later infusions.
