Review	This tea is delicious. Sweet, brothy and smooth. The Umami is so strong that on the first brew, I let a cup cool down and it had almost tasted as if I sprinkled some MSG. So drink it warm if thats not your cup of tea (it definitely is mine). Further brews were still giving the delicious roasted seaweed aroma, but the soft sweetness definitely comes out. Some green tea triggers heartburn for me, this was not one of those. Give me a hit of that seaweedy Umami-heavy Theanine any day! I can't wait for Hibiki-an to be able to ship to Canada again (ugh postal strike) so I can get more of this good soup ☺️
