Another way to enjoy matcha with ice creaem - My daughter's recipe: Matcha Magic Shell (topping for ice cream) Ingredients: Coconut oil Matcha powder Optional: sweetener, such as honey or agave Combine melted coconut oil, matcha powder, and optional sweetener. Drizzle over ice cream. Coconut oil hardens when cold, so the mixture will form a shell.
