Review	I bought the 100g/3.53 oz bag of this Organic Gyokuro in June 2016 (not a typo), and very much enjoyed this tea until I had to stop consuming caffeine. There was about a half bag left. I stored the remainder in a glass jar with an airtight lid in the bottom drawer of my fridge (not the freezer). Today I had an urge for some green tea, thinking one cup would be fine, and remembered my Gyokuro. I wondered if it would have any flavor after all that time. I steeped a cup and couldn't believe that it smelled and tasted at least 90% as good as day one. For what it's worth, it's relevant to mention that I've been on a raw and organic diet (about 95%) for 19 years, so my palette is quite clean (and not a smoker, nor alcohol drinker). As such, I don't mind saying, I'm amazed at the shelf life of this tea, to be able to retain/maintain a significant amount of its quality some four years later! Kudos to Hibiki-An for this fine product.
