The house matcha is quite good. It is somewhat, but not very, bitter. The lingering green vegetal flavour makes up for this, though. The tea easily produces a cream-like froth and has a subtle aroma which smells like very fresh sugar snap peas to me. At about 50 cents per serving it is very economical as well. I had an item get damaged in transport and it was quickly replaced and without any bother. Thank-you Hibiki-an! Cameron |
