Review	I bought the house matcha to use in my ice cream recipes. It gives a nice green tint. And the taste and texture really comes through. Lately my favorite use has been to whisk it up, and then add to a smoothie after a work out. You really get a nice, rich green color this way. And the matcha boosts that post-workout sense of uplift. In general, for anything you order from Hibiki-An, it comes so carefully and beautifully packaged. And everything is easily recyclable. But some of the packaging you may wish to keep. The decorative paper I receive with each order looks nice as a cover on the bardboard boxes I use for storage!
