Review	I use this tea for chanoyu. It has a rich, reflective taste. When serving friends they always comment that they expected bitterness; it is not bitter. The tea, when appropriately prepared, froths wonderfully. I can see, feel, and taste, the care, and history that comes with this exceptional tea. If you practice Zen Buddism, this tea is a reminder of the beauty in nature and invokes a sense of awareness and presence. I can't say enough about this beautiful gift.
