I recently became interested in matcha and wanted to find something authentic and came across Hibiki-An. Although I am still new to drinking matcha, I can tell that the quality of matcha is very good. The matcha powder is bright green and has a smooth flavor, not bitter or sharp. It whisked well and paired perfectly with strawberry and milk! I would absolutely buy it again and would recommend!
