Review	I'm a beginner at matcha, but so far, this is the best one I've tried. I drink it as usucha. The aroma does not immidiately hit you right at first. Maybe, because this matcha creates a fine foam on top. When drink, it is very smooth and round, with umami and grassy note and a hint of sweetness and nuttiness at the end. Its astringency is almost none, except only a little. I am very impressed by this matcha.
