Review	It's a wonderfully delicate yokan. It's very sweet-- almost too much so-- but the chestnut helps pull it back with a refined roasted flavour. It's not in your face with the nuttiness though. You have to let it sit in your mouth and really contemplate it; my mother found it almost flavourless. Regardless, we both agreed it made an excellent complimentary snack between cups of gyokuro. I would love to try it again when I get the chance.
