| Review | These dried persimmons are a perfect snack and accompaniment to a hot cup or three of Hibiki-an green tea. They are not sticky sweet, but sweet enough to be special. When I buy them in the Japanese supermarkets, they are not consistent in quality; each of these bites is nicely ripened and chewy. I thank the Hibiki-an team for offering such a delicious snack to its customers. |
