Review	The toasted mochi is nice and savory with a mild freshness of citrus, similar to being flavored with yuzu-soy glaze. It also has a firm crunch to the texture. The laver seaweed has flakiness that indicates it is still fresh. I think the aroma of the nori what brings everything together, making it the perfect savory snack to accompany Japanese green teas, to compliment the umaminess of the tea. Then again, these rice crackers would still go well with roasted teas or to be enjoyed as they are.
