Review	I would love to compliment the Hibiki-An team here. Not only do they curate world-class outstanding Japanese teas, but their customer service is top notch as well. I originally ordered the Yu Ryu Sai Matcha bowl after an agonizing decision between that bowl and the Hanna Kessho matcha bowl (similar price range, also handcrafted). When the bowl came, it turns out the box said it was the Yu Ryu Sai Matcha bowl, but wrapped inside the box was the Hanna Kessho bowl. I immediately notified the Hibiki-An team of the mistake and sent along photos of the bowl and the packaging. They were extremely responsive and immediately dispatched the Yu Ruy Sai Matcha bowl to me for free and included a free tea sample of their Matcha-Iri tea. They wrote me a lovely letter saying they hoped I would enjoy both bowls and the tea. I'm in over the moon in love with the Yu Ryu Sai bowl and the Hanna Kessho bowls. Both are so gorgeous, delicate and high quealty. My morning ritual to start the day involves me making a bowl of high quality Matcha (I'm savoring the Competition Grade Pinacle Matcha by Hibiki-An for the Holidays and for my Brithday at the moment), which is a true delight in these gorgeous bowls and starts my day on an incredible note. I would highly recommend the Yu Ruy Sai bowl - its colors are much more vibrant and beautiful than the photo. Incredible quality for the incredible teas of Hibiki-An!
