Review	The taste is so outstanding and unique. Wonderfully soft in the middle, with a subtle citrus and nice buttery taste and feel. It tastes great with my Organic Gyokuro. I really feel a small moment of being in Kyoto, and I can imagine the experience of the moonlit water from the poem this is associated with. I really love the whole story associated with these! That is what sold me. I will be a repeat buyer of this item.
