Review	Unlike most rice crackers, this one has a much firmer snap in texture, much more like a hard-crunch cookie than a rice cracker. The aroma is mild upon unwrapping, but releases an amazing cinnamon flavor to each bite with a medium sweetness. I am a fan of anything cinnamon and anything crunchy, and so I find this cracker to be addictive. I would have this as an accompaniment to dark teas, especially black teas.
