Love the slight salty touch to the sweetness. The flavour seems sweeter as you chew, a tomato candy. Best as an accompaniment to a tea, as the sweetness builds up the more you eat. I prefer this with toasted or stronger/bitter teas. Texture is dense and slightly firm, but soft enough for an easy bite. Before you know it, it disappears in the mouth.
