Review	There is something quite special about this matcha, which might be attributed to the way it has been produced using only organic methods, and being hand-picked. This is matcha with a confident, though modest, personality, its mellowness understated, a restrained astringency. It must be that the effort and the time and care of the farmer and the pickers are reflected in the quality of the matcha. And then there are those who are involved in converting the fresh young leaves into the fine matcha powder that is shipped to us in places around the world. All of this is very much appreciated.
