Review	A forever adept of Sencha, I "discovered" Matcha few years ago, and begun worshipping Hibiki-an fine products and beautiful artefacts. Since then, I enjoy my daily Chawan of Matcha as an energetic and euphoric starter. Though I mainly feed on local and organic products, on special occasions I came to highly appreciate Matcha Pinacle for its subtle perfumes, smooth and abundant foam, full-body and sweet taste (120 gr. is a great value which last 2 months for me). Although, for daily use I drink the Organic one (120 gr. value pack), and on the "rush" of working days or when on the move, I bring along individual sticks which I shake in a thermos; it is not bitter at all, but sharper in texture, making a little less foam, giving a feeling of a breath in a Spring early morning. Lately Hibiki-an is offering Super premium in Organic, and my first experiments have me stating that it has almost the qualities of Pinacle, with more lightness but less sweet. Uuuf! that was a long speech... let me whip another Chawan of OSP Matcha!
