Snappy with a light crunch in texture. Taste has a medium savoriness and a very pronounced shrimp aroma with an aftertaste that lingers on the palate. A great compliment to the umami taste of Japanese green teas but also good eaten as is. These crackers can be addictive as one bite is not enough.
