Review	After watching a video online of how these Kawara Senbei are made I have great appreciation for these Japanese roof tile crackers. First, they are made beautifully with the different stamps. The tile shape is unusual. The crispy texture is unlike any other cookie or cracker. They are barely sweet, and to my tastes they are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of Hibiki-an tea. I hope Hibiki-an decides to make this a permanent item in their snack selection!
