Review	The peels have a soft rubbery crunch texture to the bite. They are not at all sweet, which how I prefer it. The minimal use of sugar allows one to fully appreciate the real flavor of yuzu skin. Aromatically, it is on a soft side, while giving off a slight bitterness on the aftertaste, which citrus peels often do. This makes a nice natural snack with or without tea.
