Review	This year, I went to Japan and found a wonderful tea shop in Osaka, where I bought a lot of great quality matcha. When I returned home, I found that I used up the 30g packets so quickly because it was so enjoyable. I wanted to buy excellent quality matcha, in a bigger package this time. This matcha is absolutely wonderful. The quality is excellent, it smells amazing and gives a very balanced flavour. It whisks very easily into good quality foam. The colour is beautiful too. I return to Japan every year but I find that Hibiki-An is the easiest way to buy wonderful quality matcha, without going out of your way. If you try this just once you'll be convinced like me!
