OIROKE MAME is a traditional snack made from peanuts coated with flour and sugar water and then baked.

The amount of flour covering the peanuts is adjusted so that they expand when baked, or the amount of flour is reduced for a crispier texture. These techniques have been perfected over many years.

The colorful snacks are fun to look at, and the bite-sized, colorfully coated peanuts and other beans and rice crackers combined with the crunchy texture are perfect for Japanese tea.

The various flavors, including nori, soy sauce, curry, wasabi, anchovy, and shrimp, can be enjoyed, and each flavor has its own presence.
