These premium SENBEI are elegant rice crackers delicately flavored with Japanese curry. SENBEI are a traditional snack that have long been popular among people of all ages in Japan. Today they are still one of the most popular snacks in Japan.

AGE means deep-fried, and SENBEI means Japanese cracker. These premium SENBEI are made from rice harvested only in Japan and deep fried in rice oil, which is good for health, and not greasy. They are so crispy that it is hard to believe they are deep-fried, and once you start eating them, it is hard to stop.

These SENBEI are seasoned with a spicy curry flavor by marinating the crackers in a Japanese curry sauce. Originally a foreign food, curry has developed its own unique flavor in Japan and is now used in WASHOKU (Japanese cuisine), becoming a national dish enjoyed by adults and children alike. Kelp is also used for seasoning. DASHI (soup stock) from kelp is an essential item in WASHOKU Japanese cuisine. The use of kelp gives the curry an UMAMI flavor, creating an elegant and delicate taste.

Ingredients: Non-glutinous rice, rice oil, spices, sugar, soy sauce, salt, dextrin, kelp seasoning liquid, corn powder/ seasoning liquid(amino acid) (some ingredients include soybeans and wheat)

Though packed very carefully, it is possible for SENBEI to break because they are fragile. We can't accept reshipping or returning request due to breakage.
