The size and form of this teacup is suitable for use as a teacup, whiskey glass, ice cream bowl, and so on. This cup is useful and well-designed. You will be able to use this freely according to your vision.

KAIRAGI is the name of the glaze. KAIRAGI ware is one of most prized among all tea ware and has been loved by tea masters for some generations. Its characteristic wrinkles and cracks appear during firing. This Yunomi is coated with white color glaze to highlight its distinctive surface. Each teacup is truly unique with different expressions brought out during firing.

Round shape of Yunomi made by a potter's wheel is intentionally deformed by hand and made into an ellipse shape. You will unintentionally notice its slight deformation when using this teacup. Even though it looks somewhat large, it is quite comfortable, pleasant and lovely to hold in your hands.

The shape of this teacup is modernized in terms of usability, and traditional techniques are used on this cup. Would you enjoy drinking Japanese green tea with its combination?
