Review:
I previously owned the 80 bristle Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) and was very happy with that purchase. However, I decided to replace my well worn original purchase with the 120 bristle version and am very glad that I did. The increase in cost (minimal as it is) is most definitely reflected in the effectiveness of the froth created.
Also, having a wider surface area it's a much better fit for the Whisk Keeper (Kusenaoshi).
